Ramadan At Work

While Ramadan is a blessed and festive month, it can be highly frustrating for those fasting and not fasting alike. With all the late nights and day adjustments comes a lack of focus and motivation during the workday as it challenges and disrupts our routines. Here are three tips to ease your day:

1. Be Understanding - of those who are fasting and can’t focus as well as they usually do with the lack of sustenance to their system, and understanding of those who aren’t and need their daily dose of sustenance.

2. Be Reasonable - don’t use fasting as an excuse not to get your work done or to get to work on time; there are plenty of people who do their jobs while fasting.

3. Be Positive - look at fasting as a challenging experience where you get to prove to yourself that you can do it all while still fulfilling your obligations.

Ramadan is a blessed month, and fasting is wonderful for you, so use this time in the most positive way possible.
