• Global construction costs are predicted to rise in 2025 by an average of 7%, 5-7% in KSA, particularly in specialized materials and skilled labor, according to the advisory firm Currie & Brown report.

• HRH MBS announced the King Salman Automotive Cluster in KAEC with an expected GDP contribution of SAR 92 billion by 2035. The hub will host automotive headquarters and factories to enhance the automotive industry. Read more.

• The International Olympic Committee announced that the first-ever Olympic Esports Games will be held in Riyadh in 2027 as part of a 12-year deal with KSA. Read more.

OPS Rentals hosted an exciting end-of-year event in Riyadh that celebrated their success to date and future plans. The event was filled with great 1-Team unity vibes, which were also evident in the fun team-building activities. Hats off to the professional and united team of OPS Rentals!

In other news, two team members were promoted this week: Razaz Matar to Operations Coordinator and Hadi Al-Samman to Senior Project Manager. Congrats!

They also took the full operations of the prestigious LEAP exhibition, and are participating in the Foundation Day event and the Saudi Cup 2025, all in Riyadh.
