Effective Communication

Communication is the make or break of any relationship - whether work or personal. Most, if not all, problems can be avoided if only we speak to each other and communicate what we need, feel, and think. Here are 3 tips to ensure better communication at work:

1. Be Clear: don’t go in circles about what you want, think, or feel; state it as simply as you can, as if you are talking to a child and want to get the point across to them.

2. Be Concise: don’t let your message get lost amid endless talk and points; stick to the point and leave out any irrelevant information. Khair el kalam ma qal wa dal.

3. Be Considerate: actively listen and don’t cut the other person off; let them say what they want without interruption and pay full attention to them while they talk.

They’re pitching for the prestigious Saudi Cup, equestrian competition and activations in Riyadh, Feb 21 & 22. Their partnership with GL Events continues to strengthen, and are on track to be officially selected as the KSA Logistics Partner.

Green Roots signed an impressive landscaping contract for the Masar Makkah project, an urban development boulevard leading to the Haram in the heart of Makkah. They took on a third of the project’s space, and the rest is expected to be signed soon.
